Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable except by agreement with STANG. Reasonable care will be taken to ensure that custom orders are unique to you and designed with you.
Ready to wear items
STANG may refund if you have changed your mind on ready to wear items within 14 days of purchase. This will only be accepted if the product is in the same condition as you received it. Refund shipping costs are paid by you.
Faulty Items
Items which are faulty within 14 days of receipt will be repaired. Where repair is not possible, an exchange, credit, or refund is available.
Ongoing repairs
STANG believes clothing should be repaired instead of replaced. Repairs will remain free for the first year, a reasonable fee will be charged for repairs after one year.
